He was born in 1983 in Los Angeles - California. In 1995 his family moved to San Francisco and in 2000, he moved to San Andreas with his Brother Dexter. He (Homer) found here a small flat and bored job - Taxi driver.
In 2005, he moved to Fort Carson and he gets a police job. In 2006 (He was a lieutenant) he leaved police carrer and he joined between National Guards. Now, in 2008 he is General of the AirForce and he feels happy! He lost a lot of friends from police department, but he sometimes met them. He has a good job, good house, good car and good friends.
His brother is now with him in Army job, as General of Army. And the best thing: They are owners of famous Donut shop!!!
